Bruce Gross is Chief Executive Officer of Lennar Financial Services, which provides mortgage financing, title insurance, and homeowner's insurance. Previously, he was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Lennar Corporation (NYSE: LEN), responsible for the Company's nationwide treasury, accounting, tax, investor relations, and information technology, while also overseeing Lennar Financial Services. Gross has played an important role in Lennar's strategic and operating initiatives as well as a number of acquisitions Lennar has completed. Gross joined Lennar in 1997 and has played a significant role in Lennar's growth to one of the largest homebuilders today.

Gross has more than 30 years of experience in corporate finance. Prior to joining Lennar, he played a key role in the start-up of Pacific Greystone Corporation in 1991, as well as the growth of this company through its initial public offering in 1996 and its acquisition by Lennar in 1997. Gross was Senior Vice President, Treasurer, and Controller when Pacific Greystone Corporation merged with Lennar.

Gross received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from UCLA in 1980 and became a CPA in the state of California in 1983.
