Our leadership team is comprised of an entrepreneurial group of innovative leaders and industry experts from all backgrounds including homebuilding, mortgage, land development and asset management.

Stuart Miller is Executive Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer of Lennar Corporation (NYSE:LEN) and a member of Lennar’s Board of Directors.

Miller has worked with Lennar for over 35 years, serving in various capacities for the Company’s Homebuilding Division and former Investment and Commercial Properties Division. From 1991 to October 1997, he was President of both these business segments and the primary force behind their growth and success during that time. He became CEO of Lennar in April 1997 until he assumed his current role as Executive Chairman in April 2018.

In October 1997, Lennar Corporation spun off its commercial real estate investment, financial, and management activities into LNR Property Corporation, and the company became separately listed on the NYSE. Miller served as Chairman of the Board of LNR until the sale of LNR in February 2005.

In March 2000, Miller joined the Board of Directors of Builder Homesite, Inc., a consortium of homebuilders nationwide. Miller also serves on various professional and community boards and committees. He is past Chairman of both the Joint Center for Housing Studies Policy Advisory Board at Harvard University and the University of Miami Board of Trustees, the latter of which he currently serves on the Executive Committee.

Miller served as a member of the board of Alonzo Mourning Charities and the board of the Overtown Youth Center. He was Chairman of the 2013 Dolphins Cycling Challenge, benefitting the Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center, and currently serves as Co-Chairman of the Miami Dolphins Foundation.

Miller joined Lennar after graduating from the University of Miami Law School in 1982, prior to which he received his undergraduate degree from Harvard University.

Jon Jaffe is Co-Chief Executive Officer and President of Lennar Corporation (NYSE:LEN). He joined Lennar in 1983 as Regional President of Homebuilding Operations. Jaffe became Vice President in 1994 and in 1995, he moved to California to lead the company's expansion into that state and the West. Jaffe spearheaded Lennar's efforts to acquire land, other homebuilders and developers including such companies as Bramalea Homes, Pacific Greystone Homes, Coto de Caza, Stevenson Ranch and CalAtlantic Homes. Additionally, he oversaw Lennar's acquisition of Mare Island, Hunters Point, El Toro and Treasure Island. These acquisitions helped transition Lennar into the nation's leading homebuilder.

Jaffe serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Lennar Corporation as well as Five Point Holdings, LLC (NYSE: FPH), Opendoor and True Anthem.

Jaffe received an undergraduate degree in architecture from the University of Florida and pursued graduate studies in the same field at Georgia Tech University.

Fred Rothman is Chief Operating Officer of Lennar Corporation (NYSE: LEN). Rothman began his career in 1984 as a real estate and corporate attorney with the New York Law Firm of Kronish Lieb Weiner and Hellman. He left the practice of law in 1986 to become a Senior Project Manager for Toll Brothers, Inc., and in 1988 became the Vice President of Development and Acquisition for Calton Homes, Inc.

In 1990, Rothman formed SCR Financial Services. SCR represented large financial institutions and corporations in developing strategies to maximize the value of troubled assets and properties. Rothman became a founding partner of SGS Communities in 1992 and served as Chief Executive and President of the New Jersey and Florida homebuilder. SGS was sold in 1996 to D.R. Horton, Inc., and Rothman became its New Jersey Division President.

Rothman formed Paramount Residential in 2001, with homebuilding operations throughout Southeast Florida and real estate consulting operations in select markets around the country. He sold Paramount's homebuilding assets to Lennar Corporation in 2006, and he was the Eastern Regional President until his recent promotion to Chief Operating Officer.

Rothman graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania in 1981 with a bachelor's degree. He earned his J.D. from New York University School of Law in 1984.

Diane Bessette is Vice President, Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer for Lennar Corporation (NYSE: LEN). Bessette joined Lennar in 1995. She was named Vice President in 2000, Treasurer in February 2008, and Chief Financial Officer in April 2018.

Mark Sustana is Vice President, General Counsel &amp; Secretary for Lennar Corporation (NYSE: LEN). In this role, he is responsible for all legal matters and risk management for the Company. Sustana joined Lennar as General Counsel and Secretary in 2005 and was named Vice President in 2018. Prior to joining Lennar, Mark held in-house attorney positions at three corporations and practiced corporate and commercial law at a law firm. 

Mark holds a B.A. in Economics and Business Management from North Carolina State University, and a J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law.

Michael Petrolino has served as Vice President of Taxation for Lennar Corporation (NYSE: LEN) since 2005. In this role, he is responsible for all corporate tax planning, legislative, and compliance functions. He is also responsible for structuring Lennar's significant acquisitions, including land and joint-venture transactions.

As Lennar's chief tax officer, Petrolino has taken a leading role in working with Congress on legislative changes and tax reform for the homebuilding industry. He leads a team of highly talented tax professionals that are recognized as best-in-class in the industry.

Prior to joining Lennar, Petrolino spent more than 21 years with Deloitte as a tax partner in the national tax services group, where he was responsible for providing strategic corporate tax planning services to major companies throughout the United States.

David Collins is Corporate Controller of Lennar Corporation. David oversees the accounting and financial reporting functions of the company. David joined Lennar in 1998 as a Financial Reporting Manager and has held various roles including Executive Director of Financial Reporting before being named Corporate Controller in 2008.

Prior to joining Lennar, Mr. Collins worked in public accounting with Coopers & Lybrand, the predecessor firm to PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Scott Spradley is Chief Technology Officer of Lennar Corporation (NYSE: LEN).  He is accountable for transforming the company through technology, establishing and driving strategies which ultimately will digitally transform Lennar and integrate world class technologies into all aspects of our business. 
 
Prior to coming to Lennar, Scott was the Chief Technology Officer at Tyson Foods, where he strategically enabled the company to transform from a data-center based organization to one that became a multi-cloud company utilizing machine learning and artificial intelligence algorithms to drive prediction, and deployed robotics and computer vision to streamline operational efficiencies. Before arriving at Tyson, he was the Chief Information Officer at Hewlett Packard, and then CIO at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. At Hewlett Packard, he developed a reputation as a transformational CIO as a result of his leadership in executing the largest corporate divestiture-spin-merge in history, by taking Hewlett Packard - a company with $115B in revenues, 300,000 employees and 75 years of history - and splitting it into two separate and publicly traded companies in a period of ten months. This effort became known as the world’s largest, most complex, and fastest business separation in history. As a result of these efforts, Scott has been named as one of ComputerWorld’s Top 100 Technology leaders, and in CIO Magazine’s list of the Top 100 CIOs. 
 
With a career in technology spanning more than 25 years, he also managed leadership roles at Chevron and Intel Corporation. At Chevron, he delivered a strategic long-range plan covering 20 years designed to ensure Chevron’s global position as one of the world’s largest energy companies. In his time at Intel, Scott spent time honing his leadership skills across a wide array of roles ranging from Information Technology to Product Development to Human Resources. He held regional and worldwide roles, managing two expatriate assignments in Singapore and China. In his time at Intel, Scott received several awards, including the Intel Quality Award and the IT Quality Award.

Kay Howard is the Chief Learning and Communications Officer for Lennar Corporation (NYSE: LEN). In this role, she is responsible for overseeing and directing branding and creative, communications, consumer insights and research, customer engagement, user experience and interface, digital marketing, online sales, sales training, and customer care and satisfaction. Howard has been with the Company for more than 32 years and previously held roles in Lennar Homebuilding Operations and Land Development.

Howard received a Bachelor of Liberal Arts and Sciences in Political Science and a Master in Community Regional Planning from Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa.

Kemp Gillis is Senior Vice President of Supply Chain of Lennar Corporation.  He joined Lennar in 2018 upon the completion of the merger with CalAtlantic Group, Inc. As a member of the Lennar executive team, Gillis has responsibility for Supply Chain, Purchasing, Construction and Home Automation. Prior to the merger, Gillis served as Vice President of Purchasing and Field Operations for CalAtlantic Group, Inc. and its predecessor, Ryland Homes, since 2014.
 
Prior to joining Ryland Homes, Gillis spent eleven years with Pulte Homes and Pulte Capital in a variety of purchasing and operations leadership roles.
 
Gillis graduated with honors from Central Michigan University in 2003 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Corporate Finance and Business Management.

Ori Klein is a Vice President at Lennar, overseeing Digital Product Development and Marketing. Ori is focused on the digital transformation of Lennar’s customer experience and is dedicated to creating new and innovative ways to help homebuyers engage and purchase their dream home.

Prior to Lennar, Ori has been leading growth, product, and analytics teams at several consumer tech companies. Earlier in his career, Ori was a Consultant with McKinsey in the firm's Silicon Valley office. Prior to that, Ori has served for over a decade in the Israel Defense Forces and government [rank: Major] leading strategic, technology-enabled special operations.

Ori is a Graduate of IDF’s elite Talpiot program. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BSc. in Physics and Mathematics from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

Lennar’s #1 priority is the safety and health of our associates and their families. Dr. Pascal Goldschmidt, Lennar’s Chief Medical Officer, assists us in looking into every step of every business process to ensure we fully understand its impact on the health of every individual involved.

A renowned Cardiologist, Dr. Pascal Goldschmidt is a cardiovascular researcher who has published more than 250 scientific articles. Former Sr. VP for Medical Affairs and Dean of the University of Miami Leonard M. Miller School of Medicine until 2016, Dr. Pascal also served as the Chief Executive Officer of the University of Miami Health System (UHealth), which includes six hospitals and various outpatient facilities in South Florida, with more than 1,200 physicians and 8,000 staff members. Dr. Pascal helps guide us as we continue to build, while keeping safety a priority; he advises on our associate protocols and our jobsite safety protocols; and provides our associates and trade partners with crucial information and tips on how to maintain healthy minds and bodies. Dr. Pascal also helps our associates navigate the complexities of healthcare, especially for those who are experiencing severe illnesses. Dr. Pascal is available anytime for associates who have concerns about and fear for their health. He helps us through the difficult times.

Greg McGuff serves as Regional President of Lennar. In this role, he is responsible for Lennar's operations in the Pacific Northwest and Inland Empire. McGuff joined Lennar in 1994 and held the positions of Controller, Vice President of Land Acquisitions, and Division President before being named Regional Vice President.

McGuff spent five years in the Orange County and Los Angeles markets before transferring to the Inland Empire. Since entering the market in 1999, his expertise and management have been instrumental in the acquisition and management of seven masterplanned communities, including College Park, Victoria Arbors, Greer Ranch, Harveston, Rosena Ranch, Spencers Crossing, Northstar Ranch, and Escena. Under McGuff's leadership, Lennar has been a guest builder in eight masterplanned communities: Shady Trails, The Preserve, Wolf Creek, Heritage Lake, McSweeney Ranch, Terra Lago, Rancho Etiwanda, and Oak Valley Champions.

Prior to joining Lennar, McGuff was a CPA with Ernst and Young. McGuff has a Bachelor of Science Degree from California State University, Northridge.

Jim Parker is Regional President of Lennar. In this role, he is responsible for seven divisions, including Atlanta, Chicago, Indianapolis, Maryland, Minnesota, Nashville, and Virginia.

Parker is a thirty-year industry veteran. Before joining Lennar, he served as the Ryland Homes Division President for Atlanta prior to his promotion to Regional President. When Ryland Homes merged with Standard Pacific Homes to create CalAtlantic Homes, Parker assumed the role of Regional President prior to the merger with Lennar in 2018.

In 1994, Parker began working for John Wieland Homes in Atlanta.&nbsp; He left Wieland in 1999 to work for Beazer Homes as Vice President of Sales and Marketing and was promoted to Division President over Georgia where he worked until mid-2003.

Starting in June 2003, he ran his own business, Parker Chandler Homes, with operations in Atlanta, Charlotte, and Myrtle Beach. After successfully selling his company in 2006, he worked as a consultant prior to returning to John Wieland Homes, where he served as Senior Vice President until February 2011.

Jim earned his bachelor's degree from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York. He is a co-founder of the Atlanta Chapter of the charity HomeAid which is associated with the Greater Atlanta Homebuilder's Association.

David Grove is Regional President of Lennar, overseeing operations of Lennar’s Texas region. Joining Lennar in 1999 as Construction Area Manager for Lennar’s Austin Division, David became Director of Construction in 2000 and then a Division President in 2004.
 
In 2004, Lennar acquired a homebuilder in San Antonio, and David moved there in January of 2005 as Division President, a role he held until 2017, while overseeing both Lennar’s Austin and San Antonio Divisions from 2015 - 2017. Later that year, he moved to Dallas in a new role as Division President of Lennar’s Dallas-Fort Worth Division, then became Regional President for Texas in 2022.
 
David is the Board Chair for Ciudad de Angeles, a non-profit organization that operates an orphanage in Mexico. He currently resides in Dallas with his wife Sarah, and is the father of three sons.

Eric Feder serves as the President of Lenˣ, where he oversees Lennar’s innovation and venture capital investing. Prior to his current role, he was Vice Chairman at Rialto Capital from 2008 to 2018, where he provided oversight of Rialto’s non-performing loan acquisitions and direct real estate investments, exceeding $6 billion. 

Feder has been instrumental in helping identify, structure, and execute investments for Lennar that have re-defined the landscape of real estate technology, including Doma, Hippo Insurance, Blend, Opendoor, Modsy, and SmartRent. 

Feder serves as a board director at Hippo Insurance and previously served on the board of Doma and SmartRent. He is past Chairman of the Miami Dolphins Cancer Challenge and is a current member of the Board of Governors of the Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center at the University of Miami.

Jeff McCall is Chief Operations Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Quarterra. He joined Lennar in 2018 upon the completion of the merger with CalAtlantic. As a member of the Lennar executive management team, McCall has responsibility for Information Technology, Human Resources, Cyber Security and Facilities and Quarterra, Lennar's multifamily Division. Prior to the merger, McCall served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for CalAtlantic Group, Inc. and its predecessor Standard Pacific Corp. since 2011. As Chief Financial Officer, McCall has been named to the Institutional Investor's "All-American Executive Team" in each of the past five years.

Prior to joining Standard Pacific Corp., McCall was Chief Financial Officer &ndash;Americas at Regus plc, the world's largest provider of serviced offices, from August 2004 to May 2011. From December 2003 to August 2004, McCall served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of HQ Global Workplaces, Inc., which was acquired by Regus plc in August 2004. From 1998 to 2003, McCall was Principal at Casas, Benjamin &amp; White LLC, a leading boutique advisory services firm specializing in middle market mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, restructuring, and private equity investments.

McCall graduated Magna Cum Laude from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance where he was also a member of their NCAA Division 1 soccer team. He also obtained his Master of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Accounting and Finance from The University of Chicago. McCall resides in Wayne, Illinois with his wife Nikki and their four children.

JoAnn Blaylock serves as Quarterra's President of Multifamily Living, the multifamily division of Lennar. JoAnn launched the property management company for Quarterra in early 2014, and is currently responsible for the strategic direction and operation of a nationwide portfolio consisting of luxury Class A urban, mixed use, high rise, garden and single family home communities.  During her career JoAnn has contributed to the pre-development and lease up of close to 100,000 apartment homes.     Her 25+ years of multifamily management experience focused on Class A luxury mid-rise, high-rise, urban, garden and student housing communities across the nation.  JoAnn previously served in a leadership position at both JPI and Greystar, serving as President and Senior Managing Director respectively.  Most recently, she founded Grand Campus Living, a student housing management company that has since been acquired by Lincoln Property Company.  During her tenure with Grand Campus Living, JoAnn and her team grew the portfolio of managed assets from 4 to 37 in a 3 year period totaling 20,000 beds.   

JoAnn is a proud mother of 3 children, wife of Mikel, and caretaker of a menagerie of pets.  She was an AAGD Board Member from 2008-2012, is currently a member of the CARES Board, a member Folsum Institute of Real Estate board member, and serves as a Community Leader at Irving Bible Church.

Bruce Gross is Chief Executive Officer of Lennar Financial Services, which provides mortgage financing, title insurance, and homeowner's insurance. Previously, he was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Lennar Corporation (NYSE: LEN), responsible for the Company's nationwide treasury, accounting, tax, investor relations, and information technology, while also overseeing Lennar Financial Services. Gross has played an important role in Lennar's strategic and operating initiatives as well as a number of acquisitions Lennar has completed. Gross joined Lennar in 1997 and has played a significant role in Lennar's growth to one of the largest homebuilders today.

Gross has more than 30 years of experience in corporate finance. Prior to joining Lennar, he played a key role in the start-up of Pacific Greystone Corporation in 1991, as well as the growth of this company through its initial public offering in 1996 and its acquisition by Lennar in 1997. Gross was Senior Vice President, Treasurer, and Controller when Pacific Greystone Corporation merged with Lennar.

Gross received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from UCLA in 1980 and became a CPA in the state of California in 1983.

Laura Escobar is President of Lennar Mortgage, the mortgage lending subsidiary of Lennar Corporation (NYSE: LEN). She leads a team of more than 1,100 associates in 54 locations across 26 states.

A 30-year mortgage industry veteran, Escobar has held leadership positions with both bank-owned and independent mortgage companies, overseeing all aspects of mortgage banking, including production, operations, compliance, accounting, and training. Her personal ground-level experience in every facet of mortgage lending has enabled her to manage and fully integrate all these departments within Lennar Mortgage.

Escobar joined Lennar Mortgage in 2002 as Branch Manager in Miami. She was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2004, managing the Eastern Region, then to Executive Vice President in 2016, where she was responsible for all aspects of operations and production of Lennar's Builder Division. She was named President of Lennar Mortgage in 2018.

Escobar's passion is "Paying It Forward." This is accomplished through her involvement not only in her local community but within communities throughout the country. Her philanthropic work includes Habitat for Humanity and the Make A Wish Foundation. Escobar is also a licensed mental health counselor and devotes much of her time working with underprivileged women. She is an advocate for women and minorities and is a proud supporter of mPower.

Escobar currently sits on multiple advisory boards and committees: TransUnion Mortgage Advisory Board, Fannie Mae AHAC, Ellie Mae Executive Advisory Board, MORPAC Steering Committee, NAHREP member, NAMMBA Visionary Ambassador, United Way’s chapter – Women United, MBA Board of Directors and Co-Chair of the Independent Mortgage Bankers.

Cristina Pardo is President of Lennar Title. Previously, she was Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Lennar Financial Services, LLC, parent of Lennar Title. Cristina started her career in public accounting working for Deloitte and after 5 years left to work for one of her clients. In 2003, Cristina started with Lennar Financial Services as Controller. Cristina earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration in 1989 from Florida International University, with a major in accounting and has been a CPA in Florida since November 1989.
